Bringing someone home to Australia, New Zealand or the Pacific Islands means one of the longest journeys a repatriation can involve, and the family waiting at the other end is often many time zones away. Our Repatriation Process
1. Initial Contact
You can call us around the clock. If you're overseas, leave your details and the right person on our team will call you back as soon as possible.
2. Documentation
We'll usually ask for the original or interim death certificate, the deceased's passport or ID card (an expired one is fine), a next of kin authorisation form and a copy of the next of kin's passport. Our team arranges every other document needed.
3. Transportation
Your loved one is prepared and placed in an IATA-approved protective casing. It's welcomed by most airlines and much lighter than an old zinc-lined coffin, which matters on a long-haul flight.
4. Local Arrangements
Our partner funeral directors across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands receive your loved one when they land and take them on to the family.
5. Completion
We'll be in touch at every stage, wherever in the world you are, until your loved one has arrived.

Cremation & Repatriation of Ashes
